Mud Water Secret Recipes Exposed!

If you’re trying Mud Wtr for the first time, take a tablespoon of mud powder and put it into your favorite mug. Then pour in some boiling hot water and give it a good blend. By good blend, I mean a real good blend (a wild one maybe). For extra taste, you can add anything you like. I personally prefer to add some honey as a sweetener as there is no added sugar in it. You can add coconut, creamer or anything you like. 

For blending, it comes with a hand blender; you can use that or else use your regular hand blender or frother. You can also use a simple spoon to mix it well (but with a spoon, you have to put in some extra effort).

Mud Latte with Mud Water

Who doesn’t love Latte? I believe everyone does. But have you ever heard of s mud latte? If not, then what are you waiting for? It’s the time to experiment a little and turn your boring morning drink into something exotically delicious. 

All you need is:

  • 1 Tablespoon of MUD WTR
  • 1 Teaspoon of Honey
  • 1 Pinch of Cayenne Pepper

Put all these things into a mug and blend them together. Once blended perfectly, top it off with steamed milk and sprinkle cinnamon powder over it. That’s it. Enjoy your cup of hot Mud Latte and thank me later. 

Mud Milk with Mud Water 

If you’re trying to keep your morning drink healthy as well as delicious, this recipe is definitely for you. It’s full of organic ingredients and perfect for having a balanced portion in the morning. 

All you need is:

  • 1 Tablespoon of MUD WTR
  • Coconut Milk
  • 1 Tablespoon of Coconut Oil
  • 1 Teaspoon of Honey

Mix all these things together in hot water. Give it a good stir and you’re done. Enjoy your healthy morning drink without comprising the flavor.

Mud Shake with Mud Water

Are you done with your regular shake and looking for something extraordinary to try your hands on? Here is the innovative Mud shake recipe. For me, I really love this one in the hot summer mornings as the fantastic taste lightens up my mood instantly. 

All you need is:

  • 1 Tablespoon of MUD WTR
  • 1 Banana or Agave nectar
  • 1 Tablespoon of Almond Butter
  • 12 Ounces of Milk (Coco, Oat, Hemp, almond, cashew)
  • Ice

Put all these things into a mug or jar and blend together. It’s better if you use a hand blender or frother for this recipe. I personally prefer to mix all the things and then add ice cubes because the ice can make the blending a bit difficult. 


This one is an exceptional recipe which many people don’t know about. The ingredients added into this are a bit different than the ordinary drinks. I would highly suggest you to give it a try at least once because the outcome is so delicious. 

All you need is:

  • 1 Tablespoon of MUD WTR
  • 1 Teaspoon of Ghee or Cacao butter
  • 1 Tablespoon of MCT

You only need these three ingredients for making this drink. Put all of these into a mug and pour some hot boiling water. Give it a good stir, and you’re done.
